Hi there, I'm Tammy and I’m honored to be working in what I’ve found to be my passion since 2005. I’m a HypnoBirthing practitioner and Certified Dancing for Birth instructor. I’ve enjoyed supporting people who have chosen this and many other styles of birthing over the years.
I bring a calm presence and intuitive nature to help create and facilitate a calm, peaceful birthing environment along with my many years of experience to help support birthing people along their journey. I share a guided relaxation Mp3, relaxation techniques, and tips for achieving a calmer more peaceful birthing with all of my clients as well as tools and support to reduce anxiety and increase confidence in your ability to give birth. These tools are not only helpful during labor but also helpful life long tools and will come in handy throughout your parenting journey.
I’m a proud mom to three handsome grown boys and I enjoy spending time with them when possible, I also enjoy hiking, bike riding, camping, photography and yoga, and meditation in my spare time.
